If Elliot was numbered, it would be 9th Avenue. The duplex is five blocks south of

Lake Street and nine blocks east of Interstate 35W. The shared drive is off 35th Street between Chicago Avenue on the west and Elliot on the east.

Guests can park up to two vehicles on the right side of the shared driveway in front of the green half of the garage. The neighbors’ side should not be blocked, and sidewalks should be kept clear so tenants can move garbage cans and bicycles through.

The tenants do not park in the driveway.

Directions

In November 2018, sections of Interstate 35W were closed, including exits for 35th and 36th. From the east on I-94, take exit for Cedar Avenue and turn left to go south to 35th and turn right to the west.

If on interstate 35W and 35th and 36th exits are closed, use the exit for 46th and go east. Turn left on Chicago, and turn right on 35th. In that first block, turn left into shared drive between white and green houses. The green house is 3454 Elliot Avenue, but the driveway is off 35th.

If on interstate 35W and 35th and 36th exits are open, take the exit for 35th or 36th and go east on 36th. Stay in the right lane because, a block before Elliot, 36th becomes a two-way street. At the next corner of the two-way, turn left on Elliot and go one block. The duplex is across 35th Street on the left. Turn left at the stop sign onto 35th and turn into the first driveway, in front of the green part of the garage.
